RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every DESTROYER piece is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and designed between Barcelona and Copenhagen, using carefully sourced fabrics from around the world and sewn in Burgos. Because of the artisanal nature of our garments, we offer a thoughtful and limited return and exchange policy to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our small-batch production.

 

ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

If something isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and packaged as received, along with proof of purchase.

Please keep in mind that DESTROYER pieces are created by hand, using a spontaneous design process and unique materials. As such, each garment may vary slightly in finish, fit, or detailing, and may include subtle irregularities that reflect the handmade process. These are not considered defects, but part of what makes each piece truly one of a kind.

All exchanges must be approved in advance. DESTROYER is not responsible for any return parcels lost in transit.

 

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To start an exchange, simply email us at destroyer.thebrand@gmail.com with the subject line EXCHANGE REQUEST [Your Order Number]. Once approved, we’ll send you all the necessary instructions. You’ll find a return address label included with your delivery — just keep in mind that it’s not prepaid. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

REFUNDS

At the moment, we’re not set up to process refunds but we’re working on it. In the meantime, we’re happy to assist with exchanges and are always here to help with any concerns.
